At Grow Yoga, we understand that not every body is the same. Thus, we offer several styles of yoga [read more] to meet your changing needs:

HATHA YOGA All Fitness Levels
Influenced by the heart-centered teachings and Universal Principles of Alignment of Anusara Yoga.
**HATHA BEGINNER
For students with little or no yoga experience. This class will introduce you to moving with the breath while increasing your flexibility and strength and teaching proper alignment in level 1 yoga postures.
BEGINNER VINYASA
A slower moving Vinyasa class for Beginner students. An excellent class for Beginner Series Graduates to try.

An eight-week course for students with little or no yoga experience. Cost is $95 for eight weeks. Pre-registration & pre-payment required.

NIA
55 minutes of a body-mind-spirit fitness and lifestyle practice. Through expressive movement—the body’s way—Nia empowers people to achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
HATHA FLOW
Combines Alignment detail with the mellow pace of hatha and the flowing breath coordinated sequences of Vinyasa.
YOGALATES
Combining the core work of Pilates with the flow of a vinyasa yoga class, this class lengthens at it tones muscles, addressing alignment and strength issues of the abdomen and low back.
ASHTANGA & VINYASA YOGA Athletic Types
A vigorous and challenging style of yoga that links postures and breath to build heat, flexibillity, strength and mental focus.
** ASHTANGA BEGINNER SERIES
An eight-week course for new students in good fitness. Cost is $95 for eight weeks. Pre-registration & pre-payment required.

ASHTANGA LEVEL 1
For students with little or no yoga experience. Also recommended for more experienced students who are unfamiliar with the Modified Primary Series.
ASHTANGA LEVEL 2
Modified Primary is a modification of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga that moves more slowly than the full series, with challenging postures eliminated. Suitable for students in good fitness with some yoga experience. Great for graduates of Ashtanga Beginner Series.
ASHTANGA LEVEL 2/3
A modification of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga that moves at a quicker pace with some additional poses selected from the Second Series and Rocket Series. Suitable for students in good fitness with some Ashtanga yoga experience.
VINYASA LEVEL 2/3
A vinyasa practice welcoming students from experienced beginner to advanced levels that builds endurance and strength. Each teacher may have a different focus or feel to their class. Variations are given to accommodate students of all levels.
MORNING VINYASA
A slower Vinyasa practice that awakens the body while providing a slight physical challenge to prepare you for the day ahead.
Specialty Yoga Classes
YIN YOGA
A yoga practice that targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Yin Postures are typically held for 3 to 5 minutes and is a great compliment to more muscular styles of yoga.
